Don't Get Confused When Buying a TV
Ever feel overwhelmed by the choice of TVs ? Here are a few core points we should consider when deciding which TV to buy.
Screen Technology: LED or OLED?
OLED or Organic light emitting diodes is a new technology. These TVs are lighter, thinner and use less power than other TV technologies, they also offer better picture quality if you are viewing them from an angle or watching in a darkened room. They are expensive but because more people are now buying them they are becoming affordable.

Resolution: HD or 4K?
High definition television is not new. Now there is 4K TV or Ultra high definition. 4K TVs have sharper and more detailed picture quality than regular HD TVs because they display a lot more pixels.
Screen Shape : Flat or curved?
Curved tv screens are a relatively new development. The benefit of curved TV is meant to be that they offer us better depth of vision and a more immersive viewing experience. However some people think they look odd and they are certainly difficult to hang on the wall!
TV screens have been getting bigger for some time. Whether you have a small screen or trade up to a larger one is really a matter of personal preference. However, one factor you should consider is how far you will be sitting from your TV. The further away you are the more you will benefit from a big screen.
